We have a great combination of Bengali and Indian food that is based on our Chef Abdul Basit's cooking skills that he brings to us from his international travels. We offer fresh herbs and spices, coupled with certified Halal meats.

We at the Akbar have been established in Kingston upon Thames for over 28 years when we opened in 1983, we are proud to say that we have made some changes but our food is always exceptional and made to highest standards that we enjoy sharing with our customers we welcome you to the Akbar Tandoori Restaurant.
